Mr. McLaughlin worked for Fluor Arabia, Ltd. in Saudi Arabia from 1976-1978, first as a cost & scheduling engineer and then as a contract administrator. He worked for the Westminster Company in Greensboro, North Carolina as Assistant Vice-President/Land Development overseeing land development activities for subdivision and apartment complexes in North and South Carolina and Southern Virginia from 1978-1982.
